Michael Jackson’s ‘This Is It’ Movie Trailer

Sony Pictures finalized a deal Monday to release a musical film composed from 80 hours of rehearsal footage shot in preparation for the 50 London concerts Jackson was preparing when he died June 25.

Named after the title of those concerts, which Jackson had vowed would be his last, the movie This Is It is scheduled for release Oct. 30.

Sequences will be in 3-D, and new interviews are planned with those who knew and worked with Jackson on the incomplete project.

His dances are still captivating even now, its too bad I never got to see any of the King of Pop’s concerts before.

New ‘Surrogates’ Trailer

Haven’t really cared too much about this movie before, but this new trailer got me interested.  It looks like ‘The Island’ meets ‘Matrix.’

‘Hancock’ stars to return for sequel
“Everybody’s going to come back for a sequel,” said the director (Peter Berg) in response to a question about Will Smith and Charlize Theron.
“Riding the Will Smith train is a really nice train to ride!” says Theron.
For the sequel, Berg said we can expect the appearance of at least one more all-powerful god. What’s more, he’s got his eye on a well-known name to play a third superhero.
“We have [someone in mind],” Berg said. “I’m not gonna tell you who, but we have!”

New TV spot for ‘Ninja Assassin’

From the director of ‘V for Vendetta’ comes a new movie about… you guessed it, ninjas.  Action looks fierce, the director definitely picked up some stuff doing assistant work on the Matrix films and Speed Racer.  Looking forward to it.

Storm Warriors 2 Trailer (Singapore version)

Kind of interested in seeing this sequel to a old Chinese classic film.  It also looks like the Singaporeans know how to make trailers better than the Cantonese, as this new trailer clearly shows.

Woah, I remember watching these when I was really young.  Quite excited to see what they do with this film.
